Once payment is received it is considered earned and will not be refunded.
Downloadable Products
Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded your item, all digital downloads are final, and refunds will not be provided.
Goods + Products
All returns on goods and non-digital products purchased directly from MelaninPreneurs™ require prior authorization and must be authorized within 14-days of the invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
